Technical Description
The rotary vane technology simplifies the process structure of the Vacuum Pump.
The oil-lubricated rotary vane design, supplemented by perfect production materials, and the most advanced precision manufacturing ensure that it can obtain a stable high vacuum during continuous operation.
Efficient air extraction system and integrated oil return pipeline combined with advanced exhaust filter can ensure clean exhaust without oil pollution. When equipped with a gas ballast valve (optional), it can handle a larger volume of steam. When the vacuum pump is turned off, a check valve in the inlet flange prevents air from returning to the vacuum chamber.
The pump body is directly driven by a standard motor with flange connection, and the motor energy efficiency class is IE2.
